the radiator is made of aluminum, the blocks are probably made of copper.
mixing them into a single loop is far from best idea.
you want either full aluminum or full copper loop.
Also, the pump in this loop is not especially good.
Also, if you are not using the full cover GPU block, better skip it.

The liquid cooling is an expensive hobby that does very little to improve performance these days. It mainly helps with noise (if done right) and cool look.
So if you are on a budget, good air cooler will do better job than mediocre loop. A decent loop (the one that does better job than 60-80$ air coolers) for CPU only would start at around 200$.

Then can i use aluminum base with aluminum radiator? Is it works?

Yes, Al-Al or Cu-Cu pair best. If you mix them you have to add ethylene glycol to the water to stop corrosion.
