So i'm on windows 8.1 and i ended up doing a factory reset of my pc. After the factory reset I lost some drive capacity from both my drives they're supposed to both be 500gb drives and when i go into disk management to see if theres any unallocated space or anything theres nothing please help. Also i am using a pc i built myself and i pulled both my drives from laptops i used to use.

why do you think that they were 500Gb drives? what's the model number, either from something like speccy, or device manager, or physically looking at them.

Well..." factory reset" generally implies 'prebuilt'.
But whatever.
Until we get some further info on the drives involved, and how you did this 'factory reset'...any further assistance is hard to do.
