Not sure if I’m having an issue

I have been noticing questionable performance for some time. Stuttering and fps drops. I decided to use monitor (MSI Afterburner). I have noticed something that in the graph that I’m not sure if I should be concerned about. The “Voltage”, “Power”, and “No Load” limits all look like zigzag lines going up and down constantly. Could this be causing my performance problems? And if so is there a solution? I’ll list my specs below

CPU - i7-7700k
GPU - GTX 1080
RAM - 16GB DDR4
PSU - 750W

Solution
Have you monitored the temp of your 7700k? They are known to run hot, and are best run with a decent aftermarket cooler. Some have said setting the onboard CPU graphics to 0 voltage in the BIOS makes them run cooler. Heat problems can cause voltage throttling. The reason it doesn't throttle down consistently, vs the up and down you're seeing, is there are segments of games that are more demanding than others, so it fluctuates.
