Hi! This has been brought up in a couple threads in the past but didn't quite match up what's happening with me.
For a while now my audio has been making cracking sounds and slowly desyncing with video on various sites, mostly Netflix. For some reason it only seems to occur with my speakers plugged into the back of my PC box audio out, I have tried switching to the one on the side of the box, still occurs.
When I switch my playback device from my speakers to my usb headphones, it resets the sync, speeding up the video to wear the audio should be, even though the audio falls behind the video. This does not occur when my usb headphones are plugged in, it's only when it comes through my speakers.
I've tried changing out the audio drivers a couple times.

remove the Sound Device VB-Audio Virtual Cable from your system (because that would be my biggest suspect). That extra routing is most likely causing poor real time performance. Latency with audio can be caused by several things, as its explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUsLLEkswzE I'm sure there is a latency checker out there for windows10, even though its not a real-mode operating system.

Thanks for the response! I would suspect that too but the popping was occurring a few weeks before I added the virtual cable, it's unused 99% of the time, only for D&D voice modulating for various npcs. I'm a nerd.
