Check in BIOS the settings for the graphics card and try to disable the integrated one (select the discrete one) so that the nvidia one will be the only one functioning, see if the frames are still dropping. Another thing worth trying is to put the power on High Performance, that could also fix the problem.

I did check my bios and can’t see any graphical settings

I did however disable intel graphics from device manager, and all it does was changing my dispaly manager to a more trash microsoft basic display driver and nvdia control panel can’t open also all games wont use my gtx1050ti

So i renable intel graphics....

Any clue how can i just disable it through the software...

This is a laptop btw, so it might be different from desktop
