Computer is on but not monitor, mouse and keyboard after changing PSU.

So my PSU went bang a few days back and I have bought a replacement PSU and hope my PC would work after changing it. It worked, partially. The lights are all normal, so are the fans and GPU. But there was no beeping sound (the normal soothing one, not the error type) when I switched it on, neither are the monitor, mouse and keyboard being powered up. I've switch the RAM around and cleaned up some dust but to no avail. If it's of any help my quick restart button is not doing anything either.

Hope to get some assistance on this, because I do not know what is wrong or what else was fried, I just hope it's not something too expensive. Appreciate all replies as all my work is in my desktop. Thank you.

Solution
I would pull the psu, and take out the motherboard from computer case, and breadboard the system (i.e., have keyboard only plugged in back of IO posts, monitor to IO port of motherboard, psu connected, and try to boot it with 1 stick of ram. if not, then you need to get cpu and ram tested separately to make sure its not them)

Don't worry, I'm not that dumb or rash to just dump 1.5K into the rubbish bin because of one online comment.

All pins are in place and removing the GPU doesn't work.
