GPU and Memory Upgrade Question

My motherboard is a Z270 MSI PC Mate, planning on upgrading the 2x8gb of ram to 2x16 of ram. For the GPU, im planning on replacing my 1070 with a 1080ti.

My question is, can I do it with my motherboard/is it compatible?
