Asrock A320M DGS Wont boot after bios update

After updating bios to 3.40 i have just black screen and spinning coolers on videocard and cpu. Can hear beeps without RAM. Dont know what to do. Reset button dont restart pc.

You bricked the board.
About the only option it try for a RMA or buy a new BIOS chip.
Never update the BIOS unless your having problems with the board that the update says it fixes.

But why reset button doesnt work if lights is working ok/usb works too?
