Looking into getting a eGPU for my laptop utilizing the m.2 ngff key M connection.. I found a eGPU solution which is this...
http://www.hwtools.net/Adapter/PE4C%20V4.1.html
I've also found their HD Mini SAS connections support pcie x4. So my question is can I use this...
https://www.amazon.com/Funtin-MiniSAS-M-2-Card-NVMe/dp/B018GHPU6W
To transfer to this...
http://www.microsatacables.com/mini-sas-hd-sff-8643-to-pci-e-4-lanes-slot-adapter
Or a hd mini SAS to m.2 key m connection to utilize my egpu? (first link posted)
The reasoning behind all this is to create a plug and play connection with the egpu to the laptop without having wires sticking out of it.
I know adapters are not great for egpu setups but since all support pcie x4 connections what would be the downside to this?
Thanks guys.
