boot error problems

hi.my labtob is LENOVO X230. i remove hard drive and after insatl again hard detected but i want to instal window 7 bootable usb but labtop giving boot erroer.when i was remove hard drive window was not instaled.due i was run daban softwear run for washing hard.now giving boot errors not booting from hadd and not from bootable usb.

1| Are you trying to install Windows 7 on your laptop? If the installer isn't corrupt you should be able to install it without any issues.
2| While the USB installer is connected to an available USB port, get into BIOS and select the primary boot device to be your USB installer and then save and exit to enable the installer to run it's course.

Hi.i already select usb option from bios .and bootable usb is ok i try on other labtop but still boot error plz help
