Toshiba laptop. Cant boot after disabling all boot devices

I disabled all boot devices from bios for some reason. After month i wanted to access my laptop again but i cant go in bios. Its just blinking underscore on screen. No error texts or anything i just can use ctrl alt delete to restart.
Help please

Thank you. I found a solution. Laptop model is Toshiba Satellite C6601hu. I disassembled a laptop and removed cmos battery and resetted bios. It booted up like new.

Model for your Toshiba laptop? An SKU would help us two fold. Are you yet within warranty period? If you're outside warranty period, you could disassemble the laptop, remove the HDD and then try powering up laptop without the HDD.
