Undervolting made my computer freeze

After undervolting using throttlestop It was unstable hence it made my computer restart several times. I even got the message "unable to load" due to rdyboot.sys then finally another restart brought me back to my desktop! Whew! I thought my computer would just keep restarting.

However, I checked throttlestop again and I saw the changes I've made was gone. Meaning it was back to default. Like as if you first opened throttlestop. From current experience of restarting I decided to not undervolt anymore. Assuming the changes I've made were gone and got removed, I uninstalled throttlestop.

Few hours later my computer started freezing. I turned my PC off and open it again after a few minutes in netflix it freezed again. Repeated the process and realised I only had 5 - 10 minutes before it freezes again.

Now my computer just shuts down unexpectedly during surfing and booting up. Mostly I couldnt boot up my PC because it keeps shutting down or freezes in recover blue screen.

Please help I don't know what to do

1| You should do any form of manipulation for the CPU and/or ram within BIOS. Period!

2| You should;
a| get rid of throttlestop, app's only make a mess of things.
b| boot into BIOS and manage the volts manually. Keeping an eye on what changes you've made(an A4 paper and a pencil will do wonders).

3| You forgot the biggest point when posting this thread, you forgot to list your full system's specs. We can verify if the kind of undervolting you're trying to do is even healthy for the system or you in general.
