So my cpu usage is very high when watching things like twitch https://gyazo.com/c10fe1608e080715a56cbe9c353766da. When i try to play a game and open twitch or youtube etc on my 2nd monitor my game starts lagging real bad and the cpu usage sometimes goes to 90%, I have seen/heared other people with even worse specs then me not having any problem with programs like twitch open on the second monitor while playing a game, so why am i having trouble?

Your screen shot shows you're on Windows 10. What sort of numbers do you see when you're simply idling after booting into OS? You forgot to state the model of your ASRock motherboard, the make and model of your PSU and you can't have 1TB of ram, it's physically impossible on any consumer grade motherboard. Speaking of which, what's the make and model of your ram(kit)?

help

Well in options (advanced) go to firefox/tools > addons > plugins and set shockwave flash to ask to activate. then the plugin will stay disabled per default but can be activated on a per-site basis...
But i think thats because Firefox is power hog like Chrome (CPU&RAM)
Microsoft Edge uses GPU(and ram) power rather than CPU.
