Hey everyone,
First post here, but I've been doing a lot of lurking lately. Long story short, I just attempted to build my third computer this last month. The first two went off with no difficulties; I was able to put everything together and they both worked on the first attempt.
This time I've encountered some difficulty. I've put everything together, taken it apart and rebuilt inside and outside the case and have still had no luck getting it to POST. Fans and LEDs work fine, but there is no signal to the monitor and I can't get a keyboard or mouse to work in either the MOBO or case USB inputs.

My troubleshooting so far:
-followed the entire troubleshooting guide here on the site (don't have a speaker, though)
-replaced GPU with my old GPU, still no signal
-did pin test on PSU, ran fine
-reset CMOS and replaced battery
-resat CPU, still nothing (old CPU doesn't fit MOBO)
Any advice or thoughts would be welcome. I'm not sure where to go from here, and I don't have many funds to play around with (student). Thanks, everyone.
