i read that the max recommended voltage is 1.35 for this cpu.
when i OC it to 5.0GHz im getting high voltage like 1.4XX
when i try to manually set it to 1.35V from the bios the CPU is running at 1.36V idle and 1.4V under load.

how can i tune the voltage in a way that it stays low when idle and wont go over the recommended voltage under load?

im on performance power plan, when i set it to balanced the CPU frequency is spiking all over the place from 800MHz to 5.0GHz.

it is on level 5.
so instead of manual i need to choose offset?
what values do i enter?

am i just being paranoid about the volts?

so i followed a guide from YT.
did exactly as he did and the OC is working much better now.
but still, 1.344V on idle and like 1.328 under load.
weird isnt it?

is it OK for the CPU to stay at 1.35V all the time? i dont want it to die in 2 years :)

You probably aren't using adaptive voltage which brings down the volts when idle.

Either way, no it doesn't matter. You can run full manual voltage at say 1.35v and have it stay there all the time and the CPU's lifespan will be just as long as if the voltage could go down to 0.800v. It's all about the amps, the higher load the CPU encounters, the more stress the CPU has, thus = wear and tear.

i set it to manual.
i tried adaptive but it resulted in high voltages as i mention earlier.

Thank you!
