Technically, yes.

At 1080p you may or may not get 53 FPS on low (according to game debate, which is hit or miss depending on who you ask). The GT 710 is the bottleneck.

**There is no GTX 710, the smallest GTX is the 745.

My suggestion: either get a new graphics card or playing in 1600 x 900 resolution.

Apparently not from US maybe India!

Most likely not, GTA on the right graphic settings won't be that intense, on that game a graphics card does alot of the work, my friend has the fx-6300 which is newer version of your CPU and he runs gta v fine.

A GT 1030 is playable, but i seriosly recommend a GTX 1050, even saving for a little bit longer etc to pay the extra for the GTX 1050, if you chose a GT 1030, you will need to clock down the graphics quite a bit.

Look at the required specs for the game you are playing, also try lower the graphics, whilsty playing the game take a screenshot of the usage of both gpu cpu and ram, if you do alt + del > then click on task manager and keep that open while playing the game properly i.e online or a mission etc and send the picture.
