PC won't turn on!

so I recently bought MSI - B250M PRO-VDH Micro ATX and EVGA - BT 450W 80+ Bronze
and when I connected everything, the PC won't turn on! and I'm pretty sure the PSU works fine cause I just have that replaced when it came defective on arrival. any ideas? is it incompatible with the mobo? even though I haven't heard of anything like that before!

When it was broken once, it could still be broken on the second delivery, very often hardware is not broken on a single thing, but in batches. And sometimes poeple get back the broken item without noticing. Write down serial numbers for the next time... ;/

The components are compatible otherwise.

Got to a shop where they repair PCs, and ask them to test it. Give them sweets or a tip, if they do...
