PCB GPU sizes

If i want to make a custom backplate for a gpu but i dont have it, there is some way i can get the size of the pcb for make the backplate? And there is a standart (like every GTX 950 with a single fan, have the same size) or there is a size for every brand and model of GPU?

Unless you buy a "reference design" card, each manufacturer with its own custom PCB may have different mounting hole and component placements and dimensions. You'll have to wait until you have whatever card you want to buy to make the necessary measurements and clearance checks.

I was thinking in making it for sell (i can't find any backplates where i live) so obviusly i cant buy all GPUs in the market, and like i say i cant buy any backplate to use like reference because i cant find it.
I think there will be no way to do it. Anyway, thanks for the help
