Case for mini-ITX

Hello,
I want to replace my 10 years old PC.
I am not a hard core gamer. I do not plan water cooling.
I have a limited budget and I hesitate on the box.
I wish a little tower / cube, without being extra mini. I just don't want to have a huge tower with a lot of emptiness inside.

After sole search on the net, I found the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX and Thermaltake Core V1.
There is also the Corsair Obsidian 250D but it is more expensive.

I have seen a lot of informations about the temperature of the Phanteks: Some say that the cpu temperature is over the average, and others says it's ok. I understand that by adding a fan in the back, it could fix it. Moreover, I do not understand why because, it has a front 200 mm fan like the Thermaltake, and there is much more space in this case.
The orientation of the graphics card may be for something (outward for the Thermaltake, and down the case for the Phanteks).
Also, the Phanteks seems to have a great cable managing.

My main priorities are silence and temperature.

Knowing that I don't have an expensive card, which box will you advise me according to your experiences?
Maybe you have other tips?
Thank you very much.

PS : Sorry, English is not my native language

Do you use a DVD-Drive? Both the first cases don't have place for it.
What is the size of your MoBo? ITX? µATX? ATX?
The Thermaltake Core V1 and the Corsair Obsidian 250D are rather for gaming builds, and not necessarily the most silent.

ITX for a smaller case.
I barely use a dvd-drive anymore. I think I'll buy an extern one because I will only use it 5 times a year. It's really not a priority.
So, for you the Phamteks is a better choice ? No temperature problem as I red on the net ?
