Question Identifying Macbook Pro

I have an older Macbook pro that couldn't boot into Mac OS so I wiped it and installed windows 7. I don't know how I'm supposed to find out the specs so I can install the necessary drivers. I need the gpu and sound drivers. It's got four gigs of ram, a 250gb hard drive, and a core 2 duo P8600 2.4ghz. If anyone could help me out it would be really appreciated.

Also, the display is 1440 by 900

the should be a serial number somewhere on the back.
You can either use everymac.com or do a warranty lookup on apple's site identify the model

I believe it is the 2008 model. I downloaded the nvidia drivers and they passed the compatibility check and are installing right now.
