I have been looking to build a new PC(despite the GPU prices) and I need some help with this. This what I have so far https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZNg9jc. I want to build a custom water loop PC and (try to) have a fully RGB PC. I want to get hold of a cheap(normal) priced 1080 ti which will be compatible with this water block. If there are any changes or additions to this part list, please reply.

You go in and pick three games that you would play and then select the general price range you want (and judging from your PCPP that's around $1500) then you select what CPU type (your preference but I think going with AMD for Ryzen will save you a few bucks) then click on configure and start customizing the exact components you want.
