Hi everyone,
I've hit a brick wall with trying to figure out what is causing this graphical problem in Fallout 4. I have installed a mod that adds lots of rocks, trees and foliage to the world. It also makes changes to the weather, godrays, and more. I have tried everything from disabling godrays, removing the weather, AA and tweaking every setting imaginable in the NVIDIA control panel and Steam launcher. Nothing works!
It seems to be some kind of reflective issue with the textures and daylight as it goes away at night, when I get closer to the objects or move the camera in a certain direction. The light shimmers and flickers and is impossible to ignore. I went into freecam and took a snap from above. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? It's extremely frustrating.
