Hello, I am kind of new here and I want some advice on my first build:
Ryzen 7 1700 (270$)
Motherboard (I need advice)
RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb (2x4gb) or 16gb (2x8gb) (100-200$)
My old atx case
GTX 1050ti MSI gaming x (200$)
And don’t know what power supplie...
PLS I need some help, consider I am on a budget!!!

Solution
^ nah, if you get a 1600 that can actually do 4ghz the stock cooler is fine .
Ive had a 1700 run at 3.8ghz on the same cooler & its 33% more physical cpu, still never topped 75c.

That said with a 1050ti there is no reason whatsoever to overclock a 1600 - it will power a 1050ti easily at stock settings.

Re: psu
Cx450/550 , cxm450/550 - decent fairly budget priced psu that willamage that setup easily.

Ram , go for 2666mhz+ if at all possible , 2400mhz absolute minimum.

If you're on a budget go with the Ryzen 5 1600 and a cheap B350 board. Just get a power supply with 500 watt of over so you have some headroom, but make sure it's a good one.
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/ try to get a psu that's in either tier 1 or tier 2 of this list.

^+1 - for 99% of the populations uses a 1600 will perform as well as the 1700.
Absolutely go with 2x8gb ram if you can.

Board?

Any of the decent semi budget b350 boards will do.
Don't know your location but

MSI b350 PC MATE
ASROCK B350 pro 4
ASUS B350 PRIME-PLUS

tend to be the best value generally.

Probably the 1600, as it can be overclocked to match the 1600x, and the 1600x doesn't come with a cooler out of the box. However, if you want to overclock the 1600 to 3.8GHz or higher an aftermarket cooler will likely be needed.

Agreed, but if as he plans to overclock, perhaps I would go with the Pro4 from that list as it has better VRMs..
