Receiving the, "No Signal" error when starting up PC with the HDMI plugged in well. After connecting the HDMI to the motherboard, it starts up just fine aside from the couple times of system error. Have reinstalled and DDU'd drivers multiple times in different order from start up, restart, shutdown, DDU, with little change. Only when HDMI is in the GPU does the screen give me, "No Signal". Have tried BIOS but on my own fault did I put in a password a year or so back which I cannot remember nor does it give the system code which you can look up, rather it powers off immediately. Cannot DDU and restart computer with HDMI in GPU hoping to install drivers when there is no screen to do so on. How should I go about fixing this?

Solution
Since you can't get into the BIOS, you can't check to see if the video card is set as the primary display. Test the card in another system to see if it works OK there, try another connection type not HDMI, try with another power supply.
