Will something happen if i OC my cpu and Memory from bios ? It will destroy the memory or cpu in the future ?
P.S. i overclocked my memory from 2133 to 2400 mhz. Cause when i bought it on the box it said that it is 3000 but i got it at only 2133 mhz.
How much should i OC a ryzen 1600x and a BLT8G4D30AETA memory crucial ?

Solution
My Kingston 3000MHz worked at (indicated) 2966MHz and cL 12.14.14.14. 36 and had same results as if it was at 3200MHz but your results may vary, you'll just have to try it yourself. Same goes for processor, my 1600x was going at 4GHz 24/7 but on Asus Prime x370 Pro and water cooler CM Nepton 140XL.
if memory say its 3000 then you can xmp them to 3000 safely. For amd its 2966, It affects longevity of parts, but if it will be 3 years instead of 5 or 9 instead of 20 you cannot tell. For ram it will be years after change, so feel free to OC them.
For CPU it's all about temperatures. If you keep them under 70 there will be literally NO difference in how long CPU will last. If it goes over 70 it might slightly degrade, 90+ should be avoided at all cost ( very close to permanent damage)

So you are saying that i can OC this memory http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/blt8g4d30aeta to 2966 mhz without any problems ?

It would not be actual OC, that RAM is made to run at up to 3000MHz.
XMP is just instructions to BIOS for different settings at given frequencies. Ryzen based MBs have one little problem with showing exact 100MHz BCLK/FSB so RAM speed ends up as 2966 MHz while actually running at 3000.
