Ryzen 5 1600 booting up but no display. help

Hey guys i recently switched from a rx 570 to a gtx 1060. I installed a new OS and when i booted it up. It's not displaying. Ive already tried the 1060 with anlther pc and it was running fine. What could be the issue?

Does the system power up with display when the RX 570 is populating the system?

Try booting up in "safe mode", delete the old Graphics driver and re-install the newest one. Also might need to update your BIOS.
