Hey, i recently bought the HyperX Fury 16GB Memory Kit (DDR3-1866 CL10 240 - pin UDIMM kit 2x8gb) and it is not compatible with my current motherboard. I'm having a couple issues finding a new motherboard which is compatible with my CPU and my Graphics Card as well as the new Ram set. I'm not sure if i'm just being stupid or not haha, If anyone could help me out that would be great.

Ram - HyperX FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 1866 MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM Memory Module Kit
CPU - Intel Core Skylake Processor i5-6500/3.2 GHz Processor CPU
Graphics Card - MSI AMD R9 380 Gaming Graphics Card (4 GB, PCI-E 3.0, GDDR5, 256 Bit, DVI-I, HDMI)

so what is your current mobo? I'd be of the opinion, you sell the new ram you bought. If you already have a DDR4 capable mobo, why would you drop to one with DDR3, just because you mistakenly bought the wrong ram. Return the ram, get DDR4 (only if your current mobo is compatible) and stick it in.

It doesn't make sense to transfer all your components to another mobo if you don't have to.
