Alright, so I want to know if my older brother is scamming me or not.
I want to buy his rig.
It comes with a GTX 770 4gb
a i5-3570k
16gb ram
1tb HDD
250 SSD
Water cooled.

Should I build my own or stick with this? He wants 600$ for it.

A new board processor and 16gb of memory about 400 bucks.
SSD 90, HDD 50, windows 90, case and PSU 100 more, video cards are crazy high used GTX 970 or so 200 more.
Close to 1K to build new buying a decent used video card.
I would expect a better deal from my brother offer him 500.
