msi b350pc mate bios problems

windows installs fine and works fine but when I go into he bios is shows this and the options stay on screen (after exiting). I'm using a gtx 770. I've sent it back but the shop says it is working.

This can be caused by your display not supporting the resolution that the BIOS setup utility runs at.

What display are you using and what resolution? Are you using a T.V as your monitor?

Does this happen when hooked up to the video port on the motherboard? Try this if you have one and integrated graphics.

I've tried with both a 4:3 moniter and 16:9 moniter and both have the same affect evan after resseting the CMOS both were used with the hdmi output on the GPU as ryzen has no intergrated graphics.
