Hi!

Ive been working on my friends computer since last night and we switched his motherboard out for my old one and also installing a better graphics card then the old one.

The problem im having is stuck on this screen (BIOS Image) when trying to enter BIOS...
It's a H87M-P33 MSI Motherboard.

Ive tried:
One ram, two rams, different slots for ram.
Disconnect HD and/or CD/DVD.
Resetting CMOS with battery and jumpers.
With and without graphicscard installed

But it is still stuck on "Entering Setup..."

i CAN get into the OS (Win10) if i just let the computer start, but i need to get into BIOS to fix some settings when im trying to install the newer graphics card since the screen goes black when i installed the newer graphicscard and i have to choose the PCI card to be prio 1 when starting the computer so i can install the drivers for the newer graphicscard.

What's left to test?:bounce:

- Please post your specs

- This issue has nothing to do with Windows or hard drives if you cannot enter your BIOS settings.

It sounds like the motherboard you installed is bad if you can't get into BIOS settings with no graphics card and hard drives disconnected. That or a compatibility issue which could be seen if we had your specs.

We need you post more details, can you post both PCs specifications, like the MB model, what are old/new GPU ? what PSU did your friend have?

One more thing to keep in mind, if your friend had the OEM version win10, you can't use that win10 in other MB, because the OS is tied to the old MB in theory.
