Please help! I've spent ages trying to fix this issue. My wireless card is so unstable I can barely even use the internet. Every 30 seconds I'll get error messages saying there was a network change or just outright no connection.

I've done all the software updates and windows power settings. Nothing works. I'm down to two theories.

1. my bios is doing something funny with my PCIe socket, maybe a power setting or frequency setting?

2. My graphics card is somehow draining power from the PCIe slots or causing some kind of EMI. I've tried 2 different GPUs and Wi-Fi cards, same results.

Solution
Which Wi-Fi cards specifically? Are you connected to more than one Wifi (like a 2.4GHz and 5GHz signal?).

Does your router have something similar to "wifi roaming" enabled? If so, it may try to dynamically 'switch', which can be a mixed bag of results/.
