Computer wont start

My computer just restarted for some unknown reason and it just has "Gigabyte and Insist in UltraDurable" on the screen. It wont let me access bios system information boot menu or Qflash even though they are listed as options

You mean the screen won't display anything after you turn on your computer ? if so, try to remove the ram and listen to the peeps coming out from your motherboard speaker. if you heard the peeps then you might wanna replace your ram or one of them.
