While the added VRAM of an RX550 could be beneficial, it's in the same performance ballpark as a 7770.

Where are you located specifically? What's your budget in local currency? Do you have preferred websites you'd order from?
The US equivalent is irrelevant if you're not located in the US.

If you are in the US, I'd actually look to a Ryzen APU.

GPU performance is going to be in similar territory s your 7770, but has some added VRAM available and will consume much less power.

Well i want stronger gpu to play new aaa games ... Can ryzen apu do that ? I can stay on phenom II x4 965 Black Edition and buy RX 560 with 4gb of VRAM and then upgrade cpu latter ... What do you think about that ? As for prices go www.emmi.rs , im from Serbia and valute is RSD

The GTX 1050ti is about 10-20% stronger than the RX 560 4gb and would about max out your budget. You'll need to do some hunting but I got one on newegg for 209 recently, and saw a pny model for the same price yesterday. A lot of others are higher so jump quick.

But that would probably give you the best improvement for games right now imo.

Edit, didn't realize you were not in the US. But I would still suggest the 1050ti. If you can't get one, then you could try the RX 560 4gb. I think some of them may have not wanted to boot without a uefi bios though, so may want to check into that.
