Do I need to upgrade my CPU?

I have a 1050 ti 4gb and a pentium G4560
On low settings in overwatch, I get around 80-110 fps.
It is fairly variable and I've heard overwatch is pretty cpu intensive.
I have a 144hz monitor, and I would like a stable 150 - 200+ fps in game.

Should I upgrade my CPU and if so what should I upgrade it to?
Should I upgrade my graphics card?

For Overwatch exclusively... from what I can find, you'd need a CPU + GPU upgrade to achieve >150FPS at 1080p.

The cost to benefits don't feel "worth it" to me. Assuming you're playing 1080p... have you considered dropping the resolution scale to ~75% or so?
