I'm looking for a small portable PC that is equipped well enough for ordinary office, excel and photoshop work.
I'm finding it difficult to find a PC that fits such activities and would be grateful for recommendations. And I'm not interested in building anything from scratch. Also I live in Sweden if that's important.

There are a lot of small computers you can buy, you are actually talking about a small computer not a laptop correct?

Issue is what is available to you in Sweden. Doing a web search for small form PCs does not come up with anything for you?

Yes I'm looking for a PC (a box) that is small (and sturdy) enough to be moved around. And whilst I've found several options I havn't found a PC I deem strong enough. Several only have two cores, 4gb ram or an insufficent amount of usb connections.

Small cases are not made for higher end CPUs due to heat issues. You can get a SFF with a higher end CPU but they are quite a bit larger than the USFF cases like the one in my link. If you want to run photoshop at a good speed, you will need a larger computer. Or try a laptop.

If you are looking for a mini PC for small work you can use Wintel Pro Mini PC Intel Atom x5-Z8350. It is Fanless Desktop Computer Windows 10 (64 Bit) [2GB/32GB/4K/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/USB 3.0]. It can play video up to 4K Ultra HD smoothly,1080p videos in h.264 or h.265 code are very easy for it. It can ramp up to 1.92Ghz given a heavy task with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of memory. You can get a good service for office program likely MS Word, Excel, photoshop work and some others.
