PC turns on but won’t display anything?

So I’ll start with my specs

CPU- Intel Core I5-6600k
GPU- gigabyte 970 G1 Gaming
PSU- Corsair RM750x
Mobo- MSI Z270 SLI PLUS
RAM- TridentZ rgb 16gb 3000MHz DDR4
Thermaltake Floe 360 liquid cooler
WD Black 2tb performance HDD
Case- Thermaltake Core P3

So I built the PC Thursday and it booted first try, no issues. I installed windows and all of my drivers. Shut down the PC and the next day it would turn on but won’t display monitors and the keyboard doesn’t light up. I repeated the RAM and kept trying and after many tries it will finally boot like normal. I did research and found out the RGB software by G.Skill for the ram sometimes messes it up so I uninstalled and it still does the same thing. I ran Memtest86 and it returned 1400 errors on TEST10 and 7600 errors on TEST13. Windows ram diagnostics also detects a problem so I assumed it was the ram. Naturally I went to bestbuy and bought Corsair 16gb 3000MHz rgb Ram and installed and it does the exact same thing. On games I should get 90fps max settings I get 30fps. I’m starting to think it’s motherboard or HDD related. Any body have any suggestions anything is helpful! I’ve read many other forums but nothing goes quite the way mine does

Solution

I thought it was the ram but that was not the case. I ended up tearing the PC down and rebuilt it with the graphics card directly plugged into the motherboard instead of using the 20cm riser strip I bought to front mount the gpu. It has 238 good reviews so I never would have thought it’d be the problem but that was it Everything works flawlessly now
