Yes it will work. Any PCIe graphics card will work actually as long as it fits in the PC and your power supply has enough watts. You need at least 450 minumum and one 6-pin PCIe connector from the power supply for that card.

One thing that would help you is upgrading to an LGA1155 Core i5 or i7 if you are gaming. It would give you smoother gameplay.
