How can this happen ?

So when i start my pc after a 2-3 hours my pc won't start the fans are spinning voor 1 mili second. When i press again my pc boot with no problems.

My question: How can it not work for the first time and always works for the second time i never had this problem

(i'm from the netherlands so my english isn't amazing)

Have you made any changes inside your machine , if so double check your connections.

You don't say how old your machine is, its possible it could be your PSU i.e. power supply unit, but you are looking at perhaps spending real money so I would do the type of analysis first that doesn't cost you anything.

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your hard drive and download for use any diagnostic software that is available.
Also look at your events log to see if there are any messages relating to your problem.
If you are using WIN 10 there is an inbuilt memory analyser which should give you an idea if there are any problems with your RAM.
