my local shop have only, gigabyte ga h110m ds2, asus h110m-d and msi h110m vh pro plus, the msi comes with 3.1 usb but most people said that gigabyte and asus are the only best brands when it comes to boards, so which is good? I read that asus anti surge triggered when gaming I read also that gigabyte h110m dead after 5 months, I'm gonna pair it with g4560 I dont overclock but I have a palit gtx 1050 ti dual oc, and hyperx fury ddr4 2400mhz 4gb and seasonic s12ii 520w please help, this is my first build I read in most forums, reviews in newegg and amazon

most of the 100 chipset mb will need a bios update to post your cpu. spend the extra 20-30 for a b/h200 chipset mb. asus anti surge can be turned off if it keeps going off. most time it go off if you have a cheap no name power supply that the rails are too low or too high. look at the warranty of each mb and there customer service. newegg starting to get black listed from builders as they been telling users with dead mb that the units have had bent pins and that they cant cover the warranty. there been a few video on you tube about users being burnt from newegg and doa mb. i find as a builder asus if you stay on there upper end of there mb they last a long time. gigbyte mb are good if you you buy ones that have heat sinks on there vrm to keep them cold.

yes they are already updated I inspect the stickers, the gigabyte is f20, the asus is 3016, i look at them both, and it look that they are identical, the only thing that i see is the asus, the capacitors is grayish, and I saw their in their website that they use japanese caps so it actually had a good sound? and also I suspect that they are lying because in their website the specification of usb is 3.1, is that bad? but i see in mobo box is usb 3.0
