Need help making a budget League of Legends streaming build ($750~)

Hello, thank you for taking time to read my post. I was wanting to make a PC strictly to stream League of Legends with. I would try to make a build myself with pc part picker but I know there are people here who are a lot more experienced with parts compatibility.

I don't need any peripherals and my budget is $750. (Preferably)

There are extra thing you may not want/need like DVD drive, windows, and PC case.

Please note that doesn't include a Motherboard since the Ryzen 2200G are new most motherboard require Bios updated before you can use it however newegg has Motherboard that say they are ready mostly A serires so far so you should look for MB's that say they are ready with out a bios update.

I don't need mouse, monitor, or keyboard, etc since I am using extras / things from my old computer. I might need windows if I can't find an extra key. But just the core build would be great! 1080p@60 would be amazing if I can get that at this budget I would be extremely happy. Thank you!
