Came home today to my pc not starting up when I pressed the power button.
Tested the psu and it would light up and run all the fans in a psu test.Brought over a new one just in case, hooked it up and still no power. The ethernet card lights up but nothing else.

Specs:
Psu evga 850
Intel
Gigabyte ga h170 d3hp

Since you already tried another PSU, the other possible suspect is the motherboard. You should RMA it if it's still under warranty. But before you do it:

1)Try to reset the CMOS. Then try to boot.
2)Remove the graphics card (if you have one), plug the monitor to the motherboard and try to boot with the internal iGPU.
3)Disconnect everything (PCIe cards, SSDs/HDDs, optical drives, USB devices). Leave only one RAM stick and try to boot. If that doesn't work try all the other RAM slots. If that still doesn't work do the same with the 2nd RAM stick (if you do have one).

If nothing works then it's time to RMA that board. Good luck.
