Two months ago, I changed my gpu to a 1050 ti: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137054.

Finally, one month ago, I noticed the computer starting to restart randomly. It was annoying at first but got troublesome overtime. The computer was restarting mostly when I had just started the computer. I noticed it was restarting about once every three times I power on the computer. I think it might be the psu problem but I am not sure. Once it restarts, I could then play any games fine. Current PSU: https://www.evga.com/products/specs/psu.aspx?pn=41487990-ce9c-4d28-bc96-b628fcebe303.

I am new to this platform and I hope my question can be solved as soon as possible. ;) Thanks guys!

Might be the psu, that EVGA isn't their best series. Since that gpu needs an extra 6 pin pcie ower connector may there be too much draw on the +12V rail, not that it shouldnt be able to handle it,but with it's quality it may give problems, can't say for sure though.
Only real way to test is to use another psu, maybe a friend or local shop can help with that?

No bluescreens when this happens? Can try the next to look for those,
