Is a 450W PSU powerful enough?

I was given a list on components I should update on my PC, and I wanted to know if my PSU has enough power or if I have to get a new one.

Here are the parts that will be in the new PC:
Asus ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
Intel Coffee Lake i7-8700K
2x Kingston 8GB Hyper X Fury (DDR4)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070

I'm not sure if the other parts have significant influence on the power required, so if I forgot something let me know so I can add it to the list

In theory yes it is enough if it can actually put out 450 watts of stable power.(I don't like using a power supply where I would be using over 75% under load you can buy a higher watt for just a few more dollars)
It would also depend on the video card model the reference cards are rated for 150 watts the pre overclocked models can use more.
If your going to overclock the CPU then I would just say no and get a quality 550 watt.
