CANT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET Unidentified Network (Limited)

So my pc was working fine but after a Blue screen crash restarted my pc
My Internet stopped working.
Im getting Unidentified Network ( Limited ) on every network!!.
I tried ethernet, Wifi, Mobile internet using usb, Mobile wifi but it just shows Limited.
And in the Windows Network Diagnostics it Says
"Ethernet (or whtever the network is)" Doesn't have a valid IP configuration.
I've tried almost everything on internet but nothing worked. :(
Im using Windows 8.1

I would first disconnect from all wireless networks and then plug into Ethernet. Then I would go:

Windows key -> cmd -> enter -> ipconfig /all -> Enter

Do you see an address for default gateway and an IPv4 address under Ethernet adapter local connection?
