Good Morning.

First of all, I wanted to say that I am Spanish and that I am using the translator, so forgive my English.

I have had several problems with my pc and this community has helped me a lot, because in Spain there is not much information. I have a problem with the speed of my processor, in the BIOS, Cpuz, Core temp, etc. it indicates that my processor is at 3.8 GHz and in the Task Manager at 3.00 GHz, in addition, it is not change when I perform operations on the computer. I know he is right because when I play or render, the pc goes slow.

Hello,

Task Manager will always show the base clock speed of your CPU (3.0GHz). CPU-Z will show the actual (current) speed. Your Ryzen 7 1700 has a base clock speed of 3.0GHz and a turbo boost clock speed of 3.7GHz. (*Ryzen actually can boost higher than advertised boost speed.)

According to your CPU-Z screenshot your CPU should be running normal. What are your other system components/specifications? How long does it take to render videos? Do you have a comparison of when it or another pc could render faster?
