Need advice on Uprgrading a Used pc

I am a college student on a budget and have been looking around for used gaming pc's that I can upgrade with new parts enough for me to run Rainbow Six Siege smoothly or even on high settings for competitive play. Would any of these used pc specs be good enough for me to upgrade specific parts for better performance?

Used PC 1:
Case: NZXT S340
-CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
-Ram/memory: 4GB ddr3 Gskills Ripjaw
-Hard Drive: 250GB
-Motherboard: Z97 MSI ATX motherboard
-Power Supply: 600 watt Corsair CX600 80 plus bronze certfied
-OS: Windows 7 Ultimate edition

Used PC 2:
-Comes with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, DVD burner and DVI to VGA adapter included.
-Motherboard: Intel DP45SG
-Graphics Card: GeForce GT 620
-Hard Drive: 160gb
-Memory: RIPJAWS 8gb

Used PC 3:
NZ1 tower case 2 led fans
Asus M578?? Motherboard
AMD FX-4350 cpu
Radeon Itx RX560 OC
16GB of Ram Gskill
Thermaltake 600w psu
240GB SSD
DVD/CD player

Windows 7 OS

Simple answer : No.

Slightly more complete answer : they're all lacking anything to upgrade upon. That is to say you would need to upgrade every component in those systems (except the RAM in the 3rd PC) to run R6S at all.

Personal comment : The terms "Budget" and "Competitive" are like "Love" and "Battery Acid" i.e. they don't go together.
