Hello,I have 300 watt psu and 14amp beside the 12v. Will Nvidia GT 730 work on my pc? and does it need external power supply?

The GT 730 gets all of it's power from the pcie slot, so yes it should work in your system.
What do you plan to use that GPU for? It's only real purpose is hooking up extra monitors or use with CPU with no iGPU or something like that, it is next to useless for gaming. Assuming you have a somewhat modern CPU it's iGPU will likely outperform or match a gt 730.
