Gaming PC Posting Problem

I have an issue with my PC posting. Everything seems to be powering on and all the fans are running but no video output neither mouse and keyboard don't work. I had this computer for over a year now and I have no idea whats going on. I re seated my ram. I also re seated my graphics card. I rested the cmos and still the same.

My Specs:
1. Asrock Z87-M8 Mother board
2. Ripjaws 16GB DDR 3 Ram
3. GTX 980ti MSI Graphics Card
4. Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GH
5. Corsair CX500 Power supply
6. Deepcool Steam Castle Case
7. 256GB Samsung SSD
8. 1TB Toshiba HDD

I have tried that but no luck I swapped my RAM and the sockets to get different results.

I tried to boot from the integrated graphics but the same problem occurred. I was able to boot up the UEFI so i changed it to the default configurations. I figured I would try to boot it up a few times just to make sure. So it did one time after that. But when i booted the motherboard up the third time I was back at square one with the same problem.
