Hello guys, I like games that require good quality.
I have the option to upgrade one of two: 1. motherboard and CPU 2. graphics card.
My processor is the Intel Core i7 2600 (the socket is 1155 which means that if I want to replace something in the future I will have to replace the whole board)
My graphics card is gtx 760 with 3GB.
If I change the old processor in the new it will be: AMD Ryzen 7 1700, and if I change my graphics card it will be: Sapphire Radeon RX 580 PULSE OC 8GB
What do you think I should replace?

Solution
Yeah, graphics card. At worst, your older i7 will not get every single frame per second possible from a 580, but you'll see a big improvement and that's what counts. It's just that...of all the times to have to buy a component, now is one of the all time worst I've ever seen.

It's a tough time for upgrades. For the platform upgrade you'll need a CPU, motherboard and DDR4 RAM. The RAM prices are very inflated right now. Of course the GPU prices are also really inflated too. You'll see the most difference by getting a new GPU. But there are new GPUs coming out this year and there are new AMD CPUs (Zen refresh) coming out pretty soon (April I think?). If you must upgrade now I'd go with a graphics card and then upgrade the CPU, etc. later this year.

If you must, then buy the GPU. That old I7 is still a decent cpu(http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html).
