For esports games and other casual games, yea, sure. For the more graphically intense and cpu intensive games, such as triple A games, no. Check the game requirements to get an idea of the performance you will be getting.

APU's are too weak for the bigger games as a GPU and a CPU, the vega will help, but the CPU will not be able to keep it fed.
